Obama's "Wright" Influence

It's hard for me to believe this guy (he is not a man of God and does not deserve the title 'Reverend') says he's a minister of the Christian faith.  It's hard for me to believe this guy was a Marine (bad apples do slip through).  It's hard for me to believe that people buy his line of male cow manure.  Let's read a little of what Jeremiah Wright was spouting off about yesterday, April 12th, 2008:

Rev. Jeremiah Wright was briefly back in the pulpit on Saturday where he blasted America’s founding fathers for slavery and white supremacy and received standing ovations for attacking FOX News for covering his anti-American sermons.

Delivering a eulogy for a late congregant of Trinity United Church of Christ — former appellate judge R. Eugene Pincham — Barack Obama’s former pastor said America’s mistreatment of blacks is the result of the founding fathers, who “planted slavery and white supremacy in the DNA of this republic.”

A standing ovation for attacking Fox News, which is a standing ovation for attacking a very popular 'conservative leaning', but fair and balanced' news organization.  It was also a subliminal standing ovation for attacking caucasion America, no mistake about it.  Obama and Wright have ripped open the wounds of racial divide in this Nation and both are daily pouring salt into that wound.
The Founding Fathers planted slavery and white supremacy in the DNA of this republic.  Wow....he did get one thing correct....the United States is a representative 'republic' as a Nation.  One thing.  I guess Jeremiah missed watching 'Roots' back in the 70's.  He might have noticed that it was other 'black Africans' who whooped the other black African tribes and sold them into slavery to Europeans and Arabs.  So if you're black over here and claim a slavery ancestory, know it well, the decendents of the 'black Africans' that are living in Africa, are there because their ancestorial tribe whooped your ancestoral tribe and sold them into slavery.   There was no huge caucasion European/American force that went into Africa and grabbed people and sold them into slavery.  It's been going on for thousands of years before there was even an America......course for Jeremiah Wright and that standing ovation crowd to realize this would take....some research and factual studying.
As a White guy, I"m going to ask the Jeremiah Wrights/Farakan's the question that many of us 'whities' want to know?  If America is so bad....how come you haven't moved back to Africa?  You all been free since 1865 after 620,000 most White Americans were dead after fighting over States rights and slavery.  So....why?  Why stay in such a hated place as the United States???????  Why?
Thanks again to Barak and his true self showing with his 'guns and religion' comments, and the continuing hate speech by his mentor J. Wright, for ripping open a healing wound.  Somehow, I have a feeling that Dr. King, would be telling both of them to shut the 'h' up and go look in the mirror to find the cause of their inner hate of caucasions and how do really go about helping mankind.

Obama & FlyOver Country/Hiillary's conflict of interest

While watching 'Fair & Balanced' news this morning, two stories were shown.  One being B. Hussein Obama's remark about small town America (a.k.a. White America) while in the leftist/socialist/liberal bastion of San Francisco:

"You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not.  And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."  Barak Hussein Obama  April 6th, 2008

I take huge issue with this very subliminal thoughts coming out of Barak's mouth.  If you are unable to read between the lines:  "they (white/caucasion Americans) get bitter (voice opposition of reverse discrimination), they cling to guns or religion (are nothing but a bunch of white crackers with guns in their pick-ups at their Baptist/Catholic/CHRISTIAN churches) or antipathy toward people who aren't like them (all white people hate non-whtie people and they've never changed) or anti-immigrant sentiment (those cracker Mintuemen on the border) or anti-trade (those cracker redneck truckers with American Flag and Rebel mudd flaps) sentitment as a way to explain their frustrations."
The more we hear Barak Hussein Obama talk, the more we know just how influenced he is by Rev. Jeremiah White and the policy of 'his church'.

Then the other story was Hillary laughing back and talking about 'angels on the head of a pin' in response to a conflict of interest question from a reporter.  Shows me two things, her and her staff are totally unprepared to field the simplest of problems, so that 3am phone call would result in a phone being thrown across the room, extra hard if it was brought by someone in a U.S. Military uniform.  Her response should have been one, "please specify what 'conflict of interest' are you implying',  two: if it was about money to the Clinton Library, "the Clinton Library is a non-profit, public educational entity for all Americans'.    But instead, we got the laugh.

One of TwentyEight - Bush approval

Let's start off with this from today's news.  "A survey released Thursday showed 28 percent approve of the overall job Bush is doing. That was statistically tied with his previous low in the poll of 30 percent last month and in February."
I started thinking about it, what has President Bush done that I'm not happy with that has affected my life...?  Hmm.  Honestly, nothing.
All of my economic decisions have been based on my and my wife's decisions.  How we live, things that affect us, have been driven by the decisions of my fellow Americans.  The CEO's of banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, and private citizens that make their own decisions which are the ones that really have affected my life.   Much of it through their greed and selfishness.  Trial lawyers that litigate for morons who spill hot coffee on themself or chose to smoke cigarettes of their own free will, and this list can go on and on.
My State and Local politicians and their decisions and actions have impacted me more so than what President Bush has done/not done.
President Bush's tax cuts have affected me a bit, to the better that is.  Some of his actions and in-actions with policy involving immigration, foreign policy, I have not been happy with, but that's pretty much all of the Federal Government at the political level.  My Congressman has done good, actually outstanding.
But people whine about their lives and the economy and fail to see the real causes.....they need to look in the mirror, closer to home, and not at the TV screen and 'blame Bush'.  That's just an easy crutch for healthy people to hobble on and feel sorry for themselves.

Obama - To change our Military/Donation location

Red flag! Red flag warning!  http://www.townhall.com/news/politics-elections/2008/04/10/obama_repeal_of_dont_ask_possible  Barak Obama has deep plans already in his mind about altering the United States Military under a new social experimentation program.

"Barack Obama says if elected president he won't require that his appointees to the Joint Chiefs of Staff support allowing gays to serve openly in the military."

What that sentence tells me is one:  Barak is going to hand pick all of the JCS, whom no doubt have been brought in and advanced during the Clinton years of horror.  Two:  he is going to make the U.S. Military into a 'Peace Corpish' organization as much as he can influence it.

"I would never make this a litmus test for the Joint Chiefs of Staff," Obama said in an interview with The Advocate, a gay newsmagazine.

Can you say 'cow-manure' aka B.S.  This is exactly what it will be, a litmus test to how much he can control, change, alter, the U.S. Military under his and his 'administrations' social experimentation.  I have very vivid visions of a U.S. Military under Obama akin to the U.S. Military depicted in the movie 'Amerika'.  An impotent police force used to control the People of the United States.
Again, this is Obama's pandering to a crowd, this being the 'Gay/Lesbian' voters by saying what he has planned.  Just like he pandered the Hispanic voters with his 'si, si puede'.  He's a politician, nothing more, nothing less,  he will tell you exactly what you want to hear.

While watching Fox News last night, one of the stories had to do with donations that the Candidates are getting.  Obama is reported to have received more than $234 Million since the end of March, 2008, Hillary has reported receiving $176 Million.  My better half asked me where is getting all of his money?  I thought about that a second, that's a good question.  Are not most Democratic voters on very fixed and welfare budgets?  So out of all of average every day American voter, that is Democrat or favoring Hillary or Obama, how can these people afford to give so much money away especially if this economy is so bad??!!  Think about it.  I did and a more 'sinister' thought then crossed my mind, as did during the Bill Clinton campaign, Communist China funneled money into the Bill Clinton campaign.  But I don't think China is too keen on Barak, but who would be...in favor of Barak Hussein Obama becoming the U.S. President?? Hmm.

Sidebar:  I just did a quick Dogpile check to see if I spelled his name right, went to his 'official' site....you can not enter without putting in an email address.  So much for being open and honest unconditionally.  Even to learn about him, will 'cost' you something.

The Millenial Generation con't: Robbery and Death

Just read the following story concerning 'young American's':

Wednesday, April 09, 2008

LOS ANGELES  —

Two teenage girls involved in a botched robbery attempt died when the taxi they were in crashed during a high-speed chase after one teen slashed the cab driver's face, Los Angeles police said.

The driver, Javier Hernandez, 40, was treated at a hospital for minor injuries, including cuts to his neck and face, Los Angeles Police Department Sgt. Lee Sands said.

The two 17-year-old girls had flagged down the cab early Tuesday and asked to be taken to a nearby housing project, where one girl said her boyfriend would come and pay the fare, police said.

Instead, a man shoved a handgun through the taxi window and grabbed a GPS system off the dashboard, Officer Jason Lee said. Hernandez sped away and called police after seeing a car chasing him, Lee said.

"One of the females pulled out a box cutter and began cutting the taxi cab driver, and that's what caused him to crash," Officer April Harding said.

Police arrived at the scene as the other car reached the crash site, Lee said. Three occupants from the second car were detained for questioning, he said.

Hector Jasso and Daniel Martinez, both 20, were arrested for investigation of murder because the girls' deaths occurred during the alleged commission of a crime, Lee said. Both were being held without bail. The third occupant of the car was released.

Lee said Jasso was the robbery suspect and boyfriend of one of the girls.

This incident is just one of a thousand that are taking place today involving this 'generation'.  It can't be called an indictment of a whole generation, but the growing trend of violence/crime that is displayed by this generation upon innocents, should be sending red flags to the leaders of the entire World.  But realize this dear reader, the leaders of the World are all too involved with their own petty policies and personal plans to be keenly aware of the growing plague within the Worldwide Millennial generation.  This is the one time I can recognize that Islam, for all of it's faults, does generally keep it's youth in line, if they are not killing each other at the moment as they are in Iraq.

Example of Western Incompatibility by Islam

While going through more news sites, this story stuck out to me.  It should stick out to you too.  I'm just forwarding this public information to you, dear reader.  In reality, should this trend continue, there will be violence as a result of Islamic rule being forced upon ?Americans.  I don't want no violence.  I want the World to recognize far in advance, while diversity is a great and wonderful idea, in practice it does not work.  Mankind will never be able to wholly adapt to allow each other to live in peace.  Why do you think for over 2000 YEARS, they've been trying to kill each other in the Middle East?  Muslims will never accept Jews living with them, there's Christian's who will never accept homosexuals living among them, Communist will never accept a Democratic party to be allowed to vote them out of power, Mexicans will never accept the Native 'Mexican' (Indian) to wholly live among them,  Tutsi will never accept Hutu and even look at what was for so long, peaceful Kenya - split by 'tribal'warfare in an instant, 'Yugoslavia is the prime example of reality.  So the pipe dream of having Islam become so prominent in the United States, is that, just a dream doomed to become a nightmare in the end.

Wall of silence broken at state's Muslim public school

April 9, 2008

Recently, I wrote about Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy (TIZA), a K-8 charter school in Inver Grove Heights. Charter schools are public schools and by law must not endorse or promote religion.

Evidence suggests, however, that TIZA is an Islamic school, funded by Minnesota taxpayers.

TIZA has many characteristics that suggest a religious school. It shares the headquarters building of the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, whose mission is "establishing Islam in Minnesota." The building also houses a mosque. TIZA's executive director, Asad Zaman, is a Muslim imam, or religious leader, and its sponsor is an organization called Islamic Relief.

Students pray daily, the cafeteria serves halal food - permissible under Islamic law -- and "Islamic Studies" is offered at the end of the school day.

Zaman maintains that TIZA is not a religious school. He declined, however, to allow me to visit the school to see for myself, "due to the hectic schedule for statewide testing." But after I e-mailed him that the Minnesota Department of Education had told me that testing would not begin for several weeks, Zaman did not respond -- even to urgent calls and e-mails seeking comment before my first column on TIZA.

Now, however, an eyewitness has stepped forward. Amanda Getz of Bloomington is a substitute teacher. She worked as a substitute in two fifth-grade classrooms at TIZA on Friday, March 14. Her experience suggests that school-sponsored religious activity plays an integral role at TIZA.

Arriving on a Friday, the Muslim holy day, she says she was told that the day's schedule included a "school assembly" in the gym after lunch.

Before the assembly, she says she was told, her duties would include taking her fifth-grade students to the bathroom, four at a time, to perform "their ritual washing."

Afterward, Getz said, "teachers led the kids into the gym, where a man dressed in white with a white cap, who had been at the school all day," was preparing to lead prayer. Beside him, another man "was prostrating himself in prayer on a carpet as the students entered."

"The prayer I saw was not voluntary," Getz said. "The kids were corralled by adults and required to go to the assembly where prayer occurred."

Islamic Studies was also incorporated into the school day. "When I arrived, I was told 'after school we have Islamic Studies,' and I might have to stay for hall duty," Getz said. "The teachers had written assignments on the blackboard for classes like math and social studies. Islamic Studies was the last one -- the board said the kids were studying the Qu'ran. The students were told to copy it into their planner, along with everything else. That gave me the impression that Islamic Studies was a subject like any other."

After school, Getz's fifth-graders stayed in their classroom and the man in white who had led prayer in the gym came in to teach Islamic Studies. TIZA has in effect extended the school day -- buses leave only after Islamic Studies is over. Getz did not see evidence of other extra-curricular activity, except for a group of small children playing outside. Significantly, 77 percent of TIZA parents say that their "main reason for choosing TIZA ... was because of after-school programs conducted by various non-profit organizations at the end of the school period in the school building," according to a TIZA report. TIZA may be the only school in Minnesota with this distinction.

Why does the Minnesota Department of Education allow this sort of religious activity at a public school? According to Zaman, the department inspects TIZA regularly -- and has done so "numerous times" -- to ensure that it is not a religious school.

But the department's records document only three site visits to TIZA in five years -- two in 2003-04 and one in 2007, according to Assistant Commissioner Morgan Brown. None of the visits focused specifically on religious practices.

The department is set up to operate on a "complaint basis," and "since 2004, we haven't gotten a single complaint about TIZA," Brown said. In 2004, he sent two letters to the school inquiring about religious activity reported by visiting department staffers and in a news article. Brown was satisfied with Zaman's assurance that prayer is "voluntary" and "student-led," he said. The department did not attempt to confirm this independently, and did not ask how 5- to 11-year-olds could be initiating prayer. (At the time, TIZA was a K-5 school.)

Zaman agreed to respond by e-mail to concerns raised about the school's practices. Student "prayer is not mandated by TIZA," he wrote, and so is legal. On Friday afternoons, "students are released ... to either join a parent-led service or for study hall." Islamic Studies is provided by the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, and other "nonsectarian" after-school options are available, he added.

Yet prayer at TIZA does not appear to be spontaneously initiated by students, but rather scheduled, organized and promoted by school authorities.

Request for volunteers

Until recently, TIZA's website included a request for volunteers to help with "Friday prayers." In an e-mail, Zaman explained this as an attempt to ensure that "no TIZA staff members were involved in organizing the Friday prayers."

But an end run of this kind cannot remove the fact of school sponsorship of prayer services, which take place in the school building during school hours. Zaman does not deny that "some" Muslim teachers "probably" attend. According to federal guidelines on prayer in schools, teachers at a public school cannot participate in prayer with students.

In addition, schools cannot favor one religion by offering services for only its adherents, or promote after-school religious instruction for only one group. The ACLU of Minnesota has launched an investigation of TIZA, and the Minnesota Department of Education has also begun a review.

TIZA's operation as a public, taxpayer-funded school is troubling on several fronts. TIZA is skirting the law by operating what is essentially an Islamic school at taxpayer expense. The Department of Education has failed to provide the oversight necessary to catch these illegalities, and appears to lack the tools to do so. In addition, there's a double standard at work here -- if TIZA were a Christian school, it would likely be gone in a heartbeat.

TIZA is now being held up as a national model for a new kind of charter school. If it passes legal muster, Minnesota taxpayers may soon find themselves footing the bill for a separate system of education for Muslims.

TWUSA Sighting - The Millenials

Did this story shock you?  8 Teens Charged With Attacking Girl for YouTube Video   It didn't me.  Didn't phase me at all when I saw it had taken place.  These are the faces of America's youth:

You run into these type of kids every day and you think nothing of it.  You kind of notice them at the 'mall', park, downtown, church, school, and think nothing of it.  But what these 'kids' did it just representive of their generation that has been raised on liberalism, raised on Hollywood, and who are fully affected with Kalifornification.  It's affected an entire generation.  The type of crime they commit, the lack of personal responsibility and accountability, it's their 'norm'.
This is an isolate incident you shout Mister and Mizz Liberal????  Here you go:

SOUTHINGTON

— A 14-year-old girl was beaten up in front of a crowd of other students at Southington High School on Monday by two female students who mistakenly believed she had reported an underage drinking party that led to their arrests last week.

All three involved are students at the school. Police said about 75 youths watched the beating. None intervened and a few students cheered on the two who instigated the attack, said police spokesman Sgt. Lowell DePalma.

DePalma said a cafeteria monitor and another adult got through the crowd and pulled the two attackers off the girl......
Police identified one of the attackers as Brittany Nazario, 18, of 83 Virginia Drive. The other is a 15-year-old girl who was not identified because of her age. Both were arrested after Monday's incident and charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. Nazario was also charged with risk of injury to a minor.
The 14-year-old was punched several times in the head, DePalma said. She was taken to the school nurse's office in a wheelchair but it was unclear if she went to a hospital, he said.
Here's your challenge dear reader:  you doubt me, you say I'm emblazing a few non-related incidents.  Watch your news for the next month for similiar stories, observe the 'millenials' when you go out each time, and you too may come to the conclusion I have.  The Millenial Generation will be the generation that will literally see the collaspe of the United States based upon their own influence and actions.

Why....because we failed our Fore Fathers.  We allowed liberalism to change everything that has brought this Nation to it's greatness, both good and bad things.

Children should be educated and instructed in the principles of freedom.

Rockefeller, money, and history

I just heard Sean Hannity talking about this story.

Sen. Jay Rockefeller explains his endorsement of Barack Obama to the Charleston Gazette and he also takes this bizarre shot at John McCain:

Rockefeller believes McCain has become insensitive to many human issues. "McCain was a fighter pilot, who dropped laser-guided missiles from 35,000 feet. He was long gone when they hit."
"What happened when they [the missiles] get to the ground? He doesn't know. You have to care about the lives of people. McCain never gets into those issues."

Senator Rockefellar - firstly, you're welcome, from myself a military retiree, for giving the opportunity to live in the land of dreams without worry of an invading army wiping your life out.   Secondly:  In Vietnam - the use of  LASER GUIDED BOMBS was 'very' limited,  our military was still using 'gravity' and 'geometry' to 'guide' their bombs.   LGB's were used on 27 April, and 13 May in 1972 to bomb a bridge.  But Bill Clinton made heavy use of laser guided bombs in 1999 in Kosovo.

Kids, this is what happens when you get too much money and live inside a gated world and lose touch with reality.  This is another example of how the DEMOCRATS look upon the U.S. Military.  If they served in the U.S. Military, it was not out of Patriotism/Service to Country, it is out of a 'check in the box' for political advancement.  Another day I'm proud to say, I"m glad I'm not a Democrat aka Socialist.

Chicken Little - There's no jobs!!! Blame Bush....

Any fool will be standing on his/her 'soapbox' complaining that it's George Bush's fault that so many are out of jobs.....(just watch your TV the next few days).  The headline in our local Mullet wrapper Gannett newspaper today is:  Job Losses Set Off Recession Alarms - "Workers pink slips stacked higher in March...employers slashed 80,000 jobs, the most in five years."   Maybe someone will take my advice and watch the comedy/drama series I've recommended and learn something.
Also reading another story in today's paper while having a second cup of Folger's Coffeehouse Series Breakfast Blend coffee (no I don't get any royalties, freebies for saying that), I read this headline:  Drug Firms Cut Thousands of Jobs:  "Since 2007, eight of the world's biggest drug makers have announced the elimination of more than 42,000 jobs."   One could conclude, there's half of that 80,000.
Where the writer's for these stories get their 'stats', neither one says.  So, we don't know where the stat comes from, what time span, affecting what region, city, state, etc.  But it will be George Bush's fault.  No wonder his hair has grayed so much.  Can you guess what will happen to Hillary's hair (oops....Rush got into a lot of trouble with that kind of remark), Obama....he's about bald now....even more reason why John McCain is the perfect candidate...the years won't show.
Back to jobs...Chicken Little..you can get out from under the desk now....before typing this up, I did a Dogpile search, I looked under a 'general labor' type categories, blue collar and mid level office work.   In the 60601 Zip Code in Chicage, in a 30 mile radius, I found 167 jobs listed via CareerBuilder.  In a 30 mile radius of Sioux City, I found 42 jobs, using 5 categories of the same type using Monster. In 'Region 4 in North Carolina, using America's Job Bank, same categories, I found 116 jobs.
I am unable to find a job like my father had.  He worked at a 'factory' for 42 years, pre-post World War Two years combined.  Many of his 'buddies', worked at GM for their 30 years.  Their son's, the upper end of the baby boomers, some made it, but guys like me, at the lower end of the baby boom, and Generation X, we don't get that option in today's market.  Which is why our entire mindset and retirement options must be 'changed'....optimized for our futures.  No companies are set in stone no more.  Much of that falls upon the shoulders of the CEO's of these companies.  Some of it can be related to the workers themselves, that I can tie into a TWUSA spot easily.
There are jobs out there.  If a person wants to work.  I heard a caller on Neal Boortz call up, he is in his 30's, his work history is filled with those 'jobs' that 'American's don't want to do'.  He often has two jobs at a time.  He is a millionaire now and is just ensuring that his financial future is set so he can 'retire' from working and enjoy his life.  It's called planning, hard work, sacrifice.  But it can be done.
Many of us, readers of conservative media, know that there are many others who are just waiting for a 'socialist' utopia government to take care of everything while they do nothing.  We sadly know how that kind of Government will eventuall end up and in what kind of shape this Nation will be in.
Living is working.  Watch the show and think about it.  Retirement is enjoying.

How Un-Democratic the DNC Party really is

On TownHall 'dot' Com and several other news websites, the lead story:  Some Superdelegates More Super Than Rest   Reading the story, additional 'super delegates' can be appointed by a 'super delegate.'???  Huh?  Then there's this nugget:

The 76 "add-ons" are doled out to each state based on population and Democratic voting strength.

What the 'heck' is that?  Is that what the Fore Fathers of this Nation intended?  That some whimsicle number can be added out of thin air??  Not a flesh and blood human being??

I swear, today's DNC..is the most SOCIALIST party this Nation has ever produced and it is becoming a threat to National Security by using every means they can to squirt the U.S. Constitution and the historical law and order set up by our Fore Fathers.  I'm proud to say, I am NOT a member of the Democratic Party/DNC/ or any affliation of.

Watch these people closely ......  Oh...yesterday, I was working in the yard, had the radio on, top of the hour news break, plays an Obama sound bite....he's in Indiana...(on a very important MLK day...!!) and he's talking about the 'economy' and says something to the effect that there has never been so many without jobs in years..... Huh?  What?  How many years?  Since the Great Depression?  Since the end of World War Two?  Since Slappy Happy's Ice Cream Parlor went out of business?  I admit, I paint with a 'huge' broad brush at times, but this guy...he's supposed to be running for President of the United States???  Give me a break and God Help Us!!!!!

Nancy Pelosi A Picture of POWER

"Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely".   Any sane person realizes this and keep that thought at the forefront of their mind.  Reading a few stories this week, there are some glaring obvious markers of the lust of power.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) warned Army Gen. David Petraeus and Ambassador Ryan Crocker on Thursday “not to put a shine on recent events” in Iraq when they testify before Congress next week.......“We have to know the real ground truths of what is happening there, not put a shine on events because of a resolution that looks less violent when in fact it has been dictated by al-Sadr, who can grant or withhold that call for violence,” Pelosi said.
LMAO.  Please tell me...did anyone see Nancy Pelosi out on patrol in Iraq????

Please read the following from the NYP today:

One of the roughly 15 superdelegates in attendance told the San Francisco Chronicle, "It was one of the worst political meetings I have ever attended."   Bill Clinton's tirade was triggered when Rachel Binah, a superdelegate who had supported Richardson's campaign, said she regretted that Bill's former top aide, James Carville, had called the governor a "Judas."  Others attending the meeting, assembled hastily during the state party convention in San Jose, confirmed the exchange but tried to soften the description of Bill's anger.  It was "very good, very intense," said undeclared superdelegate Christine Pelosi, the daughter of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Focus on that last sentence:  It was "very good, very intense," said undeclared superdelegate Christine Pelosi, the daughter of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Daughter of who??!!  You read that correct.  Now, out of the qualified hundreds of thousands registered Demcorats in California, why is Nancy Pelosi's daughter a 'superdelegate'????   Does this not smack of 'conflict of interest', of a 'fair and honest' election.   Are you telling me, that Jose' or Juanita, who are registered Democrats, working some blue collar job, are not more suitably qualified to be a non biased 'superdelegate????  I wonder 'how' Christine was appointed over everyone else who lives within her voting district????

Then this little story that I wrote about the other day:

Associated Press WASHINGTON - The Pentagon at first blocked Rep. Tammy Baldwin's domestic partner from traveling on a military plane with a congressional delegation on a trip to Europe but gave in after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi intervened.   The Pentagon said it was merely following House rules, which do not define domestic partners as spouses. Pelosi's office countered that the Pentagon has its own rules about who can go on its planes.   Both sides agree that Defense Secretary Robert Gates reversed the decision to keep Baldwin's partner, Lauren Azar, off the plane after getting contacted by Pelosi, D-Calif.   "It's a matter of fairness that spouses should be allowed to go, and she is Ms. Baldwin's spouse," said Pelosi spokesman Brendan Daly. He said that Baldwin had raised the exclusion with a colleague, who mentioned it to Pelosi. The lawmakers visited France, the Czech Republic and Poland last month.

Summing this up:  Nancy Pelosi has 'warned' a decorated proven combat leader and General Flag Officer, who has done nothing but sacrifice for his Country and is only doing his job.  Nancy Pelosi seen to it her 'daughter' is seated as a 'Super Delegate' though it smacks of conflict of interest.  Nancy Pelosi again - attacks the U.S. Military and makes them change their rules and regulations to suit her personal beliefs and personal friendships.  This is just a tip of a huge iceberg, of a fore-warning of a very dark future for this Nation if she gains any more power, for which it is obvious - has a lust for and will not let it go and is abusing her position and authority daily.

Sidebar:  was this trip necessary for the tax payer and the U.S. Military to have undertaken and pay for???????

The six-person trip was led by Rep. Rick Boucher, D-Va., who chairs the Energy and Commerce Committee's energy and air quality subcommittee.

Required Watching: An Economic Study

Almost nightly for the past month or so after discovering this site, my better half and I watch a few hours of many short TV programs.  We enjoy them far more than anything on *TV.  We currently watching a show about companies hiring part-time workers via a staffing company.  It's funny, but also, there are some valuable lessons to be learned and heeded.  It's in Japanese...but don't be discouraged!! There's subtitles for those like me, educated in the United States to speak only one language, and that was 'back in the day'.  Seriously though, do watch it, learn something while laughing too.

*TV - remember, "Hollywood writers went on strike, that ruined many shows and it has made more people look elsewhere for entertainment.  Screen Writer's Guild is now talking about striking, I hope they do. Finally put a stake in the heart of Hollywood.  If they had any brains for producing a product.....what am I saying....I'm talking about Hollywood - California - State that brought the World Kalifornification.  CBS had some good shows, but as always, they slice their nose off despite their face everytime.  When Friends and Seinfeld went off the air, that was about the end of the line for Hollywood and television.  All that remains is a mound of garbage with very few flowers on top of that pile.

*****Update April 4th, 2008:  My wife and I finished watching the final epsiode of Hanken Diginity last night.  The items that I thought were important for you, dear reader, to see was:  how full time workers are often paid for not doing the job they are hired to do,  also by not putting in their best efforts to focus on the job and getting it done in a timely manner - amounts to needless overtime and cost to a company.  Also that having good part time help -with certificates - which is a good idea to be done here in the U.S.., to assist a company when the full time hired staff are unable to complete a project or the project is too big for the regular full time staff to handle.  What also I noted, is that the company's upper management is over-all accountable and responsible for the performance of a company.  These all may be no-brainers, but sometimes looking at things from another perspective (this time a Japanese comedy/drama)  is a step towards positive growth.  There were many good issues that are dealt with in this show that you and I, can relate to our own lives.  Working is living.  There's a lot of meaning behind that.  Think about it.

*PRIME example Tx of US Military by DNC

This following story is a Prime Example of how the United States Military will be treated under another Democratic Party led Administration.  It also factually displays, how Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, all by herself, has 'defined' the definition of 'marriage' and there is no room for disagreement or discussion.

Baldwin, a Wisconsin Democrat and openly gay House member, declined to talk about the incident, which was first reported by the political newspaper Politico. Azar, a Madison energy law attorney who serves on the Wisconsin Public Service Commission, did not return a call seeking comment Tuesday.

The Pentagon still has in place its "don't ask, don't tell" policy, which bars gays from serving openly in the military. But that had nothing to do with this case, said Pentagon press secretary Geoff Morrell.

"This is strictly about following our statutory guidelines and the House rules," he said.

Morrell said that Pelosi asked Gates to honor her decision to waive House rules to allow Azar to travel and that Gates asked her to put that request in writing.

"She did so, and he - in this one case only - agreed to it," Morrell said. "This is not a precedent by any means. This does not open the doors for life partners to travel on congressional delegations." But Gates has agreed to review future requests on a case-by-case basis, Morrell said.

Daly said that both the Pentagon and Pelosi had to issue waivers.

In her letter to Gates last month, Pelosi wrote that she was using "the waiver authority inherent in the speaker's travel policies to authorize the travel of Ms. Lauren Azar to accompany Representative Tammy Baldwin on a congressional delegation scheduled for the March congressional work period. I request that you in turn use your waiver authority to facilitate Ms. Azar's participation in the delegation."

The six-person trip was led by Rep. Rick Boucher, D-Va., who chairs the Energy and Commerce Committee's energy and air quality subcommittee.

This is also another example of how, our Armed Forces are nothing but a 'customer service/peace corps/world police' organization in the eyes of any.....ANY....Democrat!!  Rules and regulations are not to be abided if your a Democrat.  Honor, duty, country, do not exist in the Demcoratic Party politician's lexicon other than to be used while making lies.  During the Carter Administration, our Military was told to wait outside in the rain, and it rusted.  During the Clinton Administration, our Military was put in a testicular lockbox on a short chain.  Just wait, the next Democratic Administration, our Military will be castrated!!

TWUSA Alert - Decline of Youth

I'm sure you've seen/heard these stories the past few days.  Rush touched on one of them today on his 'morning update' and on his show during the 'first hour of broadcasting excellence'.  He did make a good point about the origins of the story and who is behind it, more that is has to do with politics than the actual concern of educating our youth.
The Milennial Generation when they come to age of being the generation in charge of this Nation, gives most of us over 30, a pessimistic view of the future for the United States.  Here's the first story:

WAYCROSS, GA -- It's the type of news you don't expect to hear coming out of an elementary school.

Nine third grade students suspended at Center Elementary in Waycross for an alleged plot to attack their teacher.

"This plot was uncovered at the point that something dangerous was brought to the school," says Lt. Dwayne Caswell with Waycross Police.

Police say the students were hatching a plan to harm their teacher Friday morning. They even brought items from home to carry out the plan.

"They had a broken steak knife, a crystal paper weight, toy handcuffs, several items and tape and stuff," says Lt. Caswell.

Early Tuesday, the Waycross Police Department released photos of some of those items. They include the knife, handcuffs, and gloves.

Ware County School officials say a classmate told the principal about one of the students bringing a weapon to school. The discovery was later made that more students were in on the plot. The school says it’s a matter they are not taking lightly.

"Some might say 'They were young and in the third grade and how serious could it be?', but anytime our students' safety or our teachers' safety is compromised we obviously have to take that very seriously," says Theresa Martin with Ware County Schools.

The school district says all the students are suspended until further disciplinary action is decided.

"We continue to do what we always do which is work to make our students aware that this is not appropriate and we ask our parents to help us. The whole saying that it takes a village to raise a child is very appropriate at this time," says Martin.

Police say no criminal charges will be brought forth against the students.

The District Attorney is handling the case and students will most likely face juvenile charges of Unruly Child.

    Here's the other story:

WASHINGTON —

Seventeen of the nation's 50 largest cities had high school graduation rates lower than 50 percent, with the lowest graduation rates reported in Detroit, Indianapolis and Cleveland, according to a report released Tuesday.

The report, issued by America's Promise Alliance, found that about half of the students served by public school systems in the nation's largest cities receive diplomas. Students in suburban and rural public high schools were more likely to graduate than their counterparts in urban public high schools, the researchers said.

Nationally, about 70 percent of U.S. students graduate on time with a regular diploma and about 1.2 million students drop out annually.

"When more than 1 million students a year drop out of high school, it's more than a problem, it's a catastrophe," said former Secretary of State Colin Powell, founding chair of the alliance.

His wife, Alma Powell, the chair of the alliance, said students need to graduate with skills that will help them in higher education and beyond. "We must invest in the whole child, and that means finding solutions that involve the family, the school and the community." The Powell's organization was beginning a national campaign to cut high school dropout rates.

There's more to both stories, you can 'web-check' for yourself to read more.  But the lines that these stories intersect is 'school'.  You can and you can not, blame the U.S Government for the results of these stories.  A student's learning starts at home.  Where a student learns, aka school, is affected by both parents and politicians.  The Federal Government needs to get out of the 'education business'.  States are the ones that need to educate their populace and parents are the ones that need to be involved with their child's learning.
Neal Boortz says the National Teacher's Union is the biggest threat to our future.  By and large he's right.  If education was left to the States to run, the competitive difference will show in the end as States competete to have a better education for it's youth.  The more our children look at school as a place that waste their time, as a place to 'hook-up', do drugs, the more long range effect it WILL have on our economic and National Security future.
